Stayed in the Preserve section of the park . Paid extra for bigger site and the other amenities they advertised. Preserve pool is rather small ,there were no lounge chairs at the pool, hot tub was broken the whole time we were there. Ground around the pads were very wet and had a lot of fire ant hills. Front area pool was very nice and had a hot tub that worked! The best part of the entire resort is the little restaurant , great food and employees! When they get all of bugs worked out this section will rate much higher.

We found this wonderful park almost 3 years ago, shortly after they opened. It is just an hour from our home so it is convenient for weekend getaways, which we have done every 4-6 weeks since our first visit. The park has extra large concrete sites with large concrete pads and full hookups, pull-through & big-rig sites, 44 channel cable TV, Wi-Fi & DSL, clean restrooms and laundry area, paved roads, a beautiful community building and an open air pavilion with a large fire pit with rocking chairs to sit and visit with other guests. Each time we've visited we have been greeted by the owners, employees and other guests and made to feel like we belong. We've received tours of the park and their future plans and each time we come we are pleased to see what new additions and amenities have been added. The theme is an old fashioned small railroad town, and we can't wait to see the finished product. I'm not sure if the previous reviewer was at Williston Crossings or some other park, but we totally disagree with their low rating. While the pool, tennis courts, etc. are not yet completed, this is a beautiful park with lots of walking trails, paved roads for biking and a peaceful, relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. We've never paid more than $32 per night, even in the winter season. Thumbs up all the way!

This is a nice campground, but sites are very small. We stayed in a creek side site, and our picnic table was literally up against our neighbor's sewer hook-up. They also don't allow dogs to wade in the creek, which disappointed ours. The roads are gravel, and the campground is centrally located.

A nice park with large paved sites. The pool is rather small. It is easy to get in short notice even during holidays because they have so many sites. The location is somewhat remote with not many restaurants or activities in area. The campground is quiet and relaxing.
